Every arrangement is agreed upfront, with a clear management fee and no hidden charges.
We handle everything: rent collection, tenant liaison, coordinating repairs and maintenance, service charge and ground rent reserve accounting, and a detailed monthly statement showing exactly what was received, deducted and paid out. Whatever we spend on repairs in a month is deducted from that month's statement.
We collect the rent, confirm it matches what's expected, deduct our 13% fee, and send you a monthly statement with the net amount. You remain responsible for repairs, service charge, ground rent and other payments directly.
Marketing, viewings, referencing and paperwork to get a suitable tenant in place quickly — then the property is handed back to you to manage. Fee quoted per property, based on location and expected rent.
